How do I become a Propac customer?

Propac offers our products to retailers only. Required credentials include a Resale Tax ID #, Federal ID # and a business license.


Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes. Minimum order is $250, opening order and reorder.  All products must be ordered in multiples of pack quantity. Be sure to specify quantity, item number and price to insure prompt and accurate shipment.

How is Propac's product priced?
    All product shown on the website is priced per each unit in the pack.

How do I register on Propac's website?

To view our complete product line, click here and register. Fill out the form and click the submit buttom at the bottom of the page. The request will be noted and Propac personnel will clear it for viewing. This process should take 5-10 minutes to complete, during business hours. You can place orders, make adjustments and other services online. If you need assistance or have questions, please contact Jason or Diana at 800-977-6722.


What is Propac's lead time?

4 weeks. Propac does not keep any completed product in stock. Once you place your order, we place it in our running schedule to be built. There are no backorders. Products out of stock must be reordered on a future order meeting the minimum requirements.


What are Propac's payment terms?

All products are manufactured to order after payment terms have been approved.Established Domestic Accounts - Net30 day terms are subject to prior payment history with our company.New Domestic Accounts - Net30 day terms are available subject to approval of credit application containing three trade references, bank name and legal documentation for verification of business.International Accounts - Initial order requires full payment in advance before being scheduled for production. Our Accounting Department will determine payment terms for subsequent orders.Credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.


What are my freight options?

Freight is F.O.B. Albertville, AL. In absence of routing instructions, our best judgement will be used in determining which carrier to use. FedEx Ground, UPS or common carrier will be used. Residential delivery or other charges for special carrier services may be additional. Please note on your order if your shipment is to be delivered to a residence.


Do the picture sizes listed include the frames?

Yes. All sizes listed are overall size.


What is Propac's return policy?

All claims should be made within 7-10 business days after receipt of product. Should you receive a defective product, please contact our Customer Service Team for instructions. Prior approval must be received from our Customer Service Team before any returned merchandise will be accepted.


Can I choose a different frame or mat?

Products are available as shown. In the event a component is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute the closest possible component.
